????  Given to my father by a friend, I have been unable to positively identify this watsonia possibly Watsonia angusta.  The leaves are sword shaped as is usual but they are more upright.  The flowers are shaped like an ordinary watsonia but are thicker petalled, almost waxy.  The colour is a definite mahogany-red.  A total delight both in the garden and as a cut flower.  Grow in full sun and good garden soil.
