 An amazing plant, in beauty from early summer until late autumn.  Forms a big leafy clump of oval pointed leaves of mid-green and downy beneath.  The masses of flowers are carried in innumerable, upright spikes of deep pink over many months.  Good moist garden soil and sun or moderate shade. Himalaya.
