Summer Flowering, 40cm x 30cm
Colorado.  A smaller Penstemon with lance shaped, rather fleshy leaves.  The typically tubular flowers are carried in spikes and open, pink and age to sky blue.  Rather different and most attractive.  Good drainage and full sun.
