A bulbous(strictly a corm) plant which sends up a few long and strap shaped leaves. The tall and very wiry stems carry spires of flatish flowers in a pale and delicate blue. Delightful and a rare colour of Ixia! Great addition to a sunny boarder or under eves to restict water.
