Summer & Autumn Flowering, 65cm x 25cm, Cut Flower 
South Africa.  Nothing like the usual gladioli, this has leaves that are narrowly sword shaped and fairly lax.  The more wiry stems carry spikes of large, bell shaped flowers in an intriguing mix of a basic creamy-yellow which are tinged with purple and tan.  The lower petals are edged with yellow-green.  Most attractive.  Increases well and has proved frost hardy here.  Grow in sun and reasonable drainage but not dry.
